The Gii RX-20/30 is an automatic in-line interval moisture measurement system for incoming grains such as paddy, milled rice, corn and many more. This system consists of a moisture sensor, a touch panel controller and a PC software.


It will measure moisture content of grains automatically at multiple intervals, before sending the data to the PC software to generate a PDF report. The PC software can connect to 10 sensors simultaneously. The interval feature can control the rate and frequency of measurement for each session, as multiple measurements can be done automatically during each session.


This dynamic system can serve different purposes depending on the position where the sensor is installed.


• To measure incoming grains moisture content, install it at the elevator bucket after the pre-cleaner.
• To monitor grains moisture content inside the grain dryer, install it at the elevator bucket of the dryer.
• To measure moisture distribution of grains after drying, install it at grain flow pipe before the dry silo.


Main Features


(1) Able to control the time taken for each session by setting,
             a. Number of intervals per session (1-50 intervals)
             b. Number of pieces to be measured per interval (1-250 pieces)
             c. Waiting time between the start of each interval (0.5 to 60.0 min)
(2) Able to connect up 10 sensors with 1 PC software
(3) Measures single kernels of grain and provides moisture histogram
(4) Shows final average moisture value as well as each interval’s moisture value
(5) Threshold counter for target moisture (minimum and maximum)
(6) Auto-generation of non-editable PDF report by PC software
(7) Connect to Gii RX mobile app to monitor the results
